At Travel Pages, every product is made to order through our specialist printing partners to ensure quality and reduce waste. Because of this, please allow time for both production and shipping before your order arrives.

## Processing Times

All orders are made to order and typically begin production shortly after purchase.

Estimated production times:
- Scrapbooks: 2–5 business days
- Posters & framed prints: 2–7 business days

Production times may vary slightly during busy periods, holidays, or product launches.

## Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after production:

### Australia
- Approx. 1–3 weeks

### United States & United Kingdom
- Approx. 1–2 weeks

### Canada & New Zealand
- Approx. 1–3 weeks

### International Orders
- Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally experience delays outside of our control.

## Separate Shipments

As our scrapbooks and posters are produced by different specialist printing partners, items ordered together may:
- Ship separately
- Arrive in different packages
- Arrive on different dates

If your order contains multiple products, separate tracking updates may be provided where available.

## Tracking Information

Tracking is included where available and will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow a short period for tracking information to update after shipment.

## Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

## Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Travel Pages is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
- Failed deliveries due to customer error

We currently ship to selected countries and regions supported by our fulfillment partners.

If shipping is unavailable to your location at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to deliver to that region at this time.
